"When we moved to Alabama several months ago and we didn’t know anyone. We started shopping for car insurance and called several local agencies including State Farm. That is when I was lucky enough to have a conversation with Zeke Aull at Mitch Kitchens office. Zeke handled my insurance needs for my vehicles and got back to me with some great rates. After talking with several other agencies that did, and most did not even respond to my needs I knew that Zeke was nothing short of a true professional. Zeke not only gave me a great rate he answered all concerns and promptly called me back. Since then I have also giving Zeke our homeowners policies on our Condominium and our House. If your looking for a great insurance man to take care of all your insurance needs call Zeke! Once you have talked with Zeke, you will have no need to call anyone else."

"Overpriced. Those constant commercials with the professional athletes arent cheap I guess. We were customers with State Farm for over 50 years. Three generations. Cannot recommend State Farm today. My attorney actually refers to them as Snake Farm. Customer service is great when they are taking your money. Remember that. We were a customer of the previous State Farm salesman in Daphne. I believe he retired and my account was sold / given to you. Not interested in another quote from your office. I would imagine that your office is in line with the statefarm business model."
